Order Processing & Production Time

All Palisky items are handmade. Most products are made to order unless otherwise noted.

Processing times vary by product, material availability, and order volume. Current processing estimates are shared on individual product pages, during checkout when applicable, or in the website announcement bar, as timelines may change.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it ships and does not include transit time. Because each item is crafted by hand, processing times are estimates, not guarantees.


Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are outside of our control and are not guaranteed.

Palisky is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Preorders

Items marked as preorder will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase.

Preorder timelines are estimates and may change due to material availability or production volume. If timelines shift, we will share updates as clearly as possible.


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Palisky is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Palisky is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact info@palisky.com, and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
