While we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun, we will do our best to assist if we are able.
Because Palisky items are handmade and often made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@palisky.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can best assist you.
We will review the situation and do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or other appropriate solution at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
Palisky is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers once an order has shipped. However, if you experience a delivery issue, please contact info@palisky.com, and we will do our best to assist with next steps.
